During the COVID pandemic Sanofi Patient Group Relations managers needed to find new ways to stay in contact with their relations. To strengthen the relation and to create an opportunity for the patient groups to get to know each other and share experiences, Increso designed an online meeting with key elements being interaction, knowledge exchange and best practices. Using the concept of Lego Serious Play we literally and figuratively succeeded in building stronger relationships. Not only between Sanofi and the different patient groups, but moreover amongst the board members of the different patient groups.
