ESOF - EuroScience Open Forum -, founded in 2004 by EuroScience, the non-profit grassroots organisation of researchers in Europe, is the biennial pan-European meeting dedicated to research and innovation. 

This year’s 10th edition was held from Thursday July 13 to Saturday July 16 in Leiden the Netherlands and was a fully hybrid conference, designed for anyone with a curious mind.

At ESOF meetings leading scientists, researchers, young researchers, business people, entrepreneurs and innovators, policy makers, science and technology communicators and the general public from all over Europe discuss new discoveries and debate the direction that research is taking in the sciences, humanities and social sciences. It is held every other year in a different European city and is co-funded by the European Commission.

Via Congress by design Increso was commissioned to develop the Sponsor & Exhibition Prospectus, to execute sales and to manage the project onsite during build up, event days and dismantling. With 4 different venues, over 1.500 delegates, 376 speakers, an online studio and a satellite hub in Katowice ESOF 2022 has definitely been one for the books!
